Collection and Use of Face Data

Collected Data

Our application processes user-uploaded images to perform outfit and style analysis. However, specific face scanning, processing, or recognition is not performed. OpenAI’s API does not support face recognition or analysis and does not process such data in any way.

Use of Data

• Uploaded images are sent to OpenAI’s API solely for outfit and style analysis.
• The API analyzes the image and provides feedback on the outfit or style combination.
• Face data is not included in the analysis and is not processed under any circumstances.

Data Sharing and Storage

• Uploaded images or analyzed data are not shared with any third parties.
• OpenAI’s API processes the user-provided data temporarily for the purpose of generating a response. According to OpenAI’s data usage policy, the data is not stored.
• Neither our application nor OpenAI retains the images or other data once the analysis is complete.
• If the user provides their date of birth, we use it solely to calculate their age and offer more personalized recommendations tailored to their preferences. However, providing a date of birth is entirely optional. Users who prefer not to share their actual date of birth may enter today’s date or any other date of their choice to proceed without affecting their experience.

Data Retention Period

• Uploaded images are processed temporarily and are deleted immediately after the analysis is completed. This process typically takes a few seconds.
• Neither our app nor OpenAI stores images or face data.

User Rights

Users can be assured that all submitted data is processed solely for the stated purpose. Face data is never analyzed, stored, or shared.
